A&N firmly believe that client care goes beyond the Court room. Our aim is to provide an all round holistic service where clients not only receive the best possible legal representation but also help accessing support to overcome the problems they face in their day to day lives.

I qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2001 having worked for two of Sheffield’s major city law firms and have only ever specialised in family law. Having taken time out to raise a young family I set up a baby ballet class in our local village and for a few years worked part time for NHS on the infamous night shifts. It was during this time I was trained to respond to queries from vulnerable people in crisis.

Family Law has always been my passion and since joining A&N in 2012 I represented clients in both public and private family law matters. I have always considered ‘Client Care’ to be an instrumental part of being a family lawyer but A&N wanted to take this to the next level. Being asked to develop the role as ‘Client Care Manager’ has afforded me the opportunity to connect with lots of different organisations that can provide specific, expert support to meet a client’s varying needs.

A&N have offices throughout Yorkshire, Derbyshire and in London and I have only just begun to scratch the surface of the many different support services that can support our clients. If I haven’t already been in touch please contact me so that we can discuss how we can work together. We provide free training, formal or informal and discussion based to suit your organisation’s needs. Let me know if this is of interest to you.

It is our hope at A&N that collectively we can work together to ensure our clients receive an overall service that best supports their needs and ultimately that of their children.

Client Care

I work with a great team of very experienced, specialist family lawyers all of whom recognise the need for extra support for our clients before, during and after the legal process. We specialise in a very emotive and difficult area of law. The majority of our clients face challenging issues and require ongoing support and advice over and above that which a lawyer would ordinarily have the time to provide.

We are already seeing first-hand the benefit to our clients of having received support and guidance from the experienced support agencies we connect with.
